Listen to the Interview
In December, I had the opportunity to record this interview with my friends and colleagues Julien Prost and Quentin Le Guevel for their podcast, Deux connards dans un bibliobus (Two Assholes in a Bookmobile). We had a fantastic discussion about libraries, community building, resisting fascism, cultivating joy and what it means to build the life you want to live. My Personal Commitment
As a consultant, collaborator, community member, sister, daughter and auntie, I acknowledge and am committed to understanding my own privilege as a white, cisgender, able-bodied woman and using it to amplify the voices of others and support individuals and organizations from traditionally marginalized communities. Through reading, dialogue, art and activism, I strive to learn more about the perspectives of individuals from these communities and how I might use my privilege for good. My commitment is driven by a desire to help build and contribute to a more equitable, inclusive, knowledgeable, healthy and loving community that rejects racism and hate of any kind. I welcome clients, partners and collaborators who hold these same inclusive values.
